Our Policy

BandMate AI, operated by Pulse AI Solutions (CM3 Solutions Inc), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Users may only upload content — including audio tracks, photos, and videos — that they own or have the rights to use. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond to valid takedown notices and remove infringing content. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on BandMate AI infringes your copyright, submit a notice using the form below. A valid notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  • The URL or location of the infringing material on our service
  • Your contact information (name and email address)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Misrepresenting that content is infringing may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notices

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, an identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was erroneous, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless they file a court action.
